Dotster, however, put an end to all my fears. They are legit and their service is fantastic. My site has never gone down or crashed, and the speed is great, there is no slowness or lag. On top of their reliability, Dotster’s plan gave me so many resources to build and expand my site I didn’t know what to do with all of them. I’ve used their email correspondence system a few times and I’ve always gotten a swift and professional response that explained whatever I needed to know in English, not a bunch of technical computer terms. Their sales staff was also very friendly and informative as they helped me get set up. It’s good to know that there are still companies that understand what customer service is really about.
